Mr. Estefano is a highly accomplished senior level professional with experience in operations, finance and staff management within residential, commercial, industrial and construction sectors. As DZP Group's President and CEO he brings innovation and a broad industry knowledge.

Juan Estefano

Principal

Mr. Estefano brings to DZP Group, Inc. over 38 years of accomplished general contractor experience. Mr. Estefano has successfully completed commercial and residential projects through developing partnerships and building positive rapport with architects, engineers and vendors. He is versed in construction planning, scheduling, estimating and job costing of projects.

Vivien Perez

Ms. Perez received her bachelor's degree in business from FIU University. Her extensive leadership experience with a highly reputable company such as Johnson & Johnson as well as her well rounded experience in all aspects of business has enabled her to serve as DZP Group's Principal.
